Netsmart Live QA and BA Provider Support Webinars in Preparation for February 5th

 

As a final reminder, February 5, 2022, is the last day for AHCA BA providers in Regions 9, 10 and 11 to have access to the Netsmart Mobile Caregiver+ solution, unless providers contract directly with Netsmart to continue using the solution. After February 5, Netsmart access will only be available to providers who are contracted Netsmart Mobile CareGiver+ clients.

 

To help support BA transition efforts, Netsmart will be hosting two live QA and BA support webinars via the registration links below for the following dates and times:

Do I have the option to add Non-Medicaid Payers if I elect to utilize the Netsmart Mobile Caregiver+ solution?
Yes, providers may add additional payers to the Netsmart Mobile Caregiver+ solution for an additional fee. However, billing claims at this time is limited to Florida Medicaid/AHCA claims.

 

What stays the same if you elect to continue with Netsmart Mobile Caregiver+?

  • Claims submission to AHCA/FMMIS portal (this feature is optional)
  • Ability to manage visits and claims through the admin dashboard
  • Ability to manage rendering provider activity data through the admin dashboard
  • Messaging feature
  • Clinical notes feature
  • Training tools and support
  • Reporting feature

 

What changes within Netsmart Mobile Caregiver+ after February 5th?

  • No need to clear errors or select reason codes
  • Admins can manually add and manage recipients
  • Admins can manually add and manage users
  • Admins can manually add and manage Prior Authorizations
  • Claim adjudication status will be present only in FMMIS
  • Claim adjustments and resubmitting denied claims will be in FMMIS
