Planned Tellus EVV System Downtime:

On Saturday, Feb 27th, 2021, Tellus will be taking the EVV solution offline from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Eastern Time for a system upgrade. During this time, the Provider Portal will be unavailable, however, the Tellus EVV mobile app will continue to operate in offline mode so long as the caregiver logged into the app before the system is taken offline and their visits are on their calendar.

 

Updating Your Tellus Mobile App: Ensuring Your Mobile App Version is Current

The Tellus mobile app will work best when the current/most recent version of the app is being used. To ensure that you are using the most current/most recent version of the Tellus mobile app, please follow the instructions below:

  • Go to your Tellus mobile app and on the login page, verify the 4 digits at the bottom of the log in screen
  • If you do not have the most current version, go to your app store or Google play store to update the Tellus Mobile app on your phone
  • To view the most current version of the mobile app, please visit https://mobilecaregiverplus.com/ahca-ba/ and view the banner at the bottom of the page. These banners are updated every time a new mobile app version is released.
