Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) has selected Mobile Caregiver+ to launch electronic visit verification (EVV) in Georgia. Mobile Caregiver+ is a national EVV company that has successfully launched EVV with multiple states, managed care organizations, and thousands of providers. DCH has completed the implementation of EVV for Personal Care Services. As of January 1, 2022 EVV is required for all Personal Care Services. EVV will be required for Home Health Care Services as of January 1, 2024.

How do I register for Mobile Caregiver+ EVV?
Billing providers and case management agencies are required to register online to gain access to the Mobile Caregiver+ EVV system. Click REGISTER to begin.

Why EVV?
The use of EVV is a Federal Law! In December 2016, Congress enacted the 21st Century Cures Act which requires states to implement EVV for Medicaid-financed Personal Care Services and Home Health Care Services.
