Tellus eVV rebranding to Mobile Caregiver+ on July 8th
Mobile app
The Tellus eVV+ mobile app will be renamed to Mobile Caregiver+ after the normal release on July 8th. The release will start at 6pm Central Time. We anticipate that the mobile app will be available for all users by approximately 10pm Central Time. Mobile app users will not need to download a new application, as the changes will take effect through an update to the current app. Please note, the upgrade process for this update is the same as it has been for all prior updates to the mobile app. This branding change will have no impact on existing functionality or planned enhancements for the application.

Provider Portal
The Tellus provider portal will also be renamed to Mobile Caregiver+ on July 8th. This change will not affect any current functionality or planned enhancements to the portal. You will still be able to access the portal through the same URL, and via the same login process on 4tellus.com.
Changes to 4tellus.com
The 4tellus.com homepage and other portions of the 4tellus.com website will be redirected to a page on the Netsmart website, ntst.com. This page will have info about the rebranding and the Mobile Caregiver+ solution. This page will also include a link to the provider content on 4tellus.com, including training, state resource pages, and the portal login.
Provider-focused pages on 4tellus.com will remain unchanged at their current URLs. This includes the training webinars and other training resources, the state and MCO resource pages, and the portal login. Users will still be able to access these pages through their current links or by visiting 4tellus.com/resources (page coming soon).
