Upcoming Changes to Netsmart EVV Worklist Matching Rules

 

AHCA and Netsmart would like AHCA BA providers to be aware that a new change is coming this week to their Netsmart EVV Admin Worklist. The change that providers will see in their Netsmart Admin Worklist as of Wednesday, January 26, 2022, pertains to unmatched visits. As of this date, Netsmart will be disabling some of the EVV-specific compliance rules that currently cause some visits to be in unmatched status. As a result, providers will experience more matched visits and less time remediating unmatched visits in their worklist.

 

This change is occurring as a result of the January 10, 2022, and January 18, 2022, provider alerts that announced AHCA will no longer require EVV for BA providers. These alerts may be viewed via these links:

The EVV rules that Netsmart will be turning off as of Wednesday, January 26, 2022, are:

 

  • VLOC: Visit: Start/End Location Other Than Scheduled
  • VROV: Recipient: Scheduled with Overlapping Rendering Providers
  • VSTR: Visit: Start Time Variance Greater Then Allowed
  • VVER: Visit: Missing Start and/or End Verification
  • ZERO: Claim service line amount of $0.00 is not allowed.
  • VCOV: Rendering Provider: Scheduled with Overlapping Recipients
  • VDUR: Visit: Service Duration Less Than Minimum Allowed by Payer
  • VADR: Visit: Allowed Address Types
  • SADD: Sch Visit: Start/End Visit: Start Time Variance Greater Then Allowed Location Other Than Scheduled Invalid Address Type for Procedure Code
  • SBAK: Scheduling: Backdating Limit Exceeded
  • SRMN: Scheduling: Too Few Recipients Scheduled for Procedure Code on this visit
  • VMAX: Visit: Service Duration Greater Than Maximum Allowed by Payer
  • Visit: Service Duration Greater Than Maximum Allowed by Payer
  • VGLD: Scheduling: EVV Product Go-Live Date
